Wonderful and much helpful...

Both of us were out on a walk with our dogs, when we stopped to allow the dogs to meet and play. We mentioned we were moving and Julie mentioned she was a real estate agent. That was it - no hard sell, no follow-up call she just said she would come meet with us if and when we were ready. A week or two later, we called and she came to the house. After that meeting, we knew we wanted her to represent us in selling our home. She was professional, knowledgeable, great people skills and very patient. Julie was always on top of the many large and small issues that go into buying or selling a home. We sold our home in 6 days and throughout negotiations, she always worked in our best interest. We cannot promise you that Julie will sell your home in 6 days ( it could be 2) however we can promise you will be happy she is your agent. We now refer to her not only as our agent but also our friend.

she took care of tasks as soon as she could with a quick reply in her busy schedule. Julie was right on time to appointments and showed me houses is soon as I told her about them or if she found something for me. She also sold my house in less than 30 days. Julie is cheerful and friendly and one-of-a-kind.

She was key in planning and attending our home inspections and asked questions that I hadn't. When we do move again, I would absolutely reach out to her. We can't thank her enough for her hard work!

We chose Julie to help with the sale of my parents home in Frederick because she had done a good job for neighbors on the street earlier in the year. Her service to us was wonderful from the outset. We are all living out of state and whenever we needed help with anything around the house she was there for us. She worked very hard to find a good buyer for the home and was very helpful in getting us from offer to closing and in helping us to overcome several challenges along the way. She always kept us informed as along the way- which we really appreciated. I'd recommend her enthusiastically!
